Microscopic characters:  The rock consists of subangular grains of quartz and
orthoclase and rounded grains of glauconite in a matrix of fine grains of dolomite
and irregular chlorite.  Brownish iron oxide pigment is abundant as is also pyrite
in small grains.  There are also grains of a black metallic mineral resembling
magnetite.  Sericite occurs in small shreds.
